When I was first hired as executive admin in January of 2021, things were a mess…

Not only was I the first remote employee to EVER work for the company (talk about chaotic!) but I also had to manage a bunch of clunky tools & programs that were TOTALLY missing the mark. 

It was frustrating, to say the least. 

One day while I was entering some data into our system, I discovered that our CRM and tax flow software was actually duplicating our work and creating an even BIGGER headache!

That was the final straw. 

As soon as tax season was over, I started looking for ways to combine our tools so that we could STOP wasting time on frustrating & manual tasks. 

I found TaxDome in August of 2021 and even though my boss was a little nervous to switch tools, she decided to give it a shot.

Now don’t get me wrong…

TaxDome simplified our work and cut out MOST of the other programs we were using (and soon to be more!)...

But once the 2022 tax season rush had passed, I realized that we were not using the system to its full potential. 

I searched for TaxDome classes, courses, and even sample workflows…Anything to improve what we already had and make it even more efficient.

Now, this one was a harder sell to my boss but I stayed consistent and kept asking. But after going to one of Jamie and Jessica’s workshops, learning a TON of valuable information, and quickly implementing it into the practice, my boss was SOLD! 

Since joining in July of 2022, Workflows for Tax Pros has TOTALLY changed the way we run our practice! In fact, we were able to process 148 MORE tax returns this year while working 5-10 hours LESS…Every.single.week! 

Not only did Jamie and Jessica help us flesh out our super basic workflow into an efficient and robust pipeline using all the features of TaxDome…

But we also discovered the power of consolidation and standardization by combining two workflows (tax flow and extensions) into one! 

With Workflows for Tax Pros in my corner, I was able to help grow the business and serve more clients. Now I can take time off to travel WITHOUT worrying if the work is getting done by our team. I can also delegate the day-to-day tasks so I can keep focusing on being the EXCEPTIONAL COO that our company deserves!
